90 Days to Inner Peace: Transform your life from overwhelm to clarity and confidence

Dates:

Session # 1: January 6-March 31, 2025 

Session #2:  April 7 – June 27, 2024

Session #3: September 8- November 28, 2025

Where:  Collingwood, Ontario

Who: Individuals 25 years + who are on leave from work and are experiencing chronic stress, burnout, and chronic fatigue. 

What: A 12 week, 5 days a week program incorporating daily yoga therapy classes, individual and group psychotherapy, psychoeducation, silent retreat and therapeutic intensive week to help you become grounded, energized and relaxed so you can meet life’s challenges with greater clarity, ease and vitality.
