Group Intensive
A 5-day immersive healing intensive for clients ready to deepen their therapy work within a supportive group field.
Group Intensive is for clients already engaged in psychotherapy, who are ready to explore deeper relational, energetic, and ancestral work.
Held in Creemore, Ontario, this 5-day intensive offers a supportive space for deep individual healing in community. Each day includes yoga grounding practices, extended healing sessions, group witnessing, nervous system support, and integration.
Why We Created the Group Intensive
Some healing work deepens when it is held in the presence of others.
This intensive was created for clients who are ready to move beyond therapy as usual and experience the power of individual healing within a supportive group field. Each participant has the opportunity to do deep personal work while being witnessed by others in a space of safety, attunement, and coherence.
The group is not a passive audience. It becomes part of the healing container. As one person works, others may feel their own material arise, soften, or shift. This relational field can help amplify the work and support a deeper sense of connection, compassion, and repair.
This is healing the self in the presence of others. The work is personal, but it is not isolated. Each person’s healing contributes to the whole.
What You’ll Experience in the Group Intensive
Individual healing work held within a sacred group field
This intensive brings together depth psychotherapy, yoga, breath, meditation, nervous system support, and relational witnessing.
Each day begins with yoga, pranayama, and meditation to help anchor the nervous system. From there, participants move into extended healing sessions facilitated by Tara. While one person is working, the rest of the group witnesses, regulates, and holds the energetic container.
You’ll begin to explore:
- how deep individual healing can be supported by relational witnessing
- how your own material may arise while witnessing another person’s process
- how yoga, breath, and meditation can support nervous system readiness
- how safety, attunement, and coherence support deeper transformation
- how personal healing can contribute to a larger field of connection and repair

A Sacred Container for Individual and Collective Healing
While each participant receives individual attention in the healing seat, the entire group is an integral part of the process.
As you witness another person’s session, your own material may surface. This is not a distraction from the work. It is part of the work.
Each person’s healing contributes to the collective field, and the group becomes a living ecosystem of coherence, compassion, and transformation.
