I believe that most people don’t come to therapy because something is wrong with them, but because something in their life, relationships, or past experiences hasn’t been fully understood or processed.
Therapy with me is about coming back into relationship with yourself. We explore what’s happening beneath the surface, including your patterns, reactions, and emotional responses, to understand where they come from, what they may have been trying to protect, and how they continue to shape your life today.
This understanding can lead to more choice, more self-compassion, and a greater capacity to respond to yourself and others in new ways.
I work from a relational lens, which means the connection we build together becomes an important part of the process. When you feel genuinely seen, understood, and not judged, something begins to shift. You stop trying to “figure yourself out” and start experiencing yourself differently.
This work is not about quick solutions. It’s about developing awareness, self-trust, and the capacity to stay present with your experience, even when it’s uncomfortable. Over time, this creates meaningful and lasting change.
My background in improvisational theatre continues to influence how I show up in the therapy room: present, responsive, and engaged in the moment.
Outside of work, I’m a father and partner, and much of what I understand about growth, conflict, and connection comes from living those roles in real time.
