My work is centered on one core idea: healing happens when we engage the whole system, not just our thoughts, but the nervous system, the body, our relationships, and the deeper layers of self.
I integrate relational psychotherapy, yoga therapy, and trauma-informed modalities such as Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment and the Comprehensive Resource Model ™.
I also draw on adjunctive energy tools and supported non-ordinary states of awareness when they serve the goals of psychotherapy. These practices are not separate from therapy. They are used intentionally to help access what may be held beneath words, support nervous system regulation, and deepen integration. Rather than focusing only on insight, our work together is designed to help you safely experience, process, and transform what is held beneath the surface.
Because of the depth of this work, I offer a structured therapeutic pathway. Some clients begin with Whole Again: Foundations, an optional program for clients who are ready to build more resourcing tools and prepare for deeper therapeutic work.
Therapy with me is not linear or rushed. It unfolds over time, guided by your readiness, capacity, and internal rhythm. Depending on your needs, this process may include individual sessions, yoga therapy practices, group work, adjunctive energy-based practices, and immersive retreats, all designed to support integration, continuity, and lasting change.
My approach is deeply relational, intuitive, creative, and grounded in theory and experience.
