Whole Again Foundations Program
A guided healing program to help you understand your inner world, build emotional steadiness, and reconnect with yourself.
Whole Again Foundations is a structured group therapy program offered through Collingwood Psychotherapy and Yoga Centre. In collaboration with Sass Dempsey from the Sanctuary in Creemore.
This program is designed for people who are ready to move beyond coping and begin building the internal resources needed for deeper healing. Through relational, experiential, and trauma-informed support, you will begin to understand your patterns, strengthen your connection to yourself, and create more steadiness from the inside out.
Why We Created Whole Again Foundations
Healing can feel scattered when therapy, yoga, learning, and personal growth all happen in separate places.
Whole Again Foundations brings these pieces together through a guided, trauma-informed program that helps you understand your inner world, build emotional steadiness, and create the internal resources needed for deeper healing.
This work is not about fixing what is broken. It is about restoring connection to yourself and the parts of you that need care, safety, and support.
Healing is not about fixing yourself. It is about restoring connection to the parts of you that need presence, care, and support.
What You’ll Experience With Whole Again Foundations
A unified approach to deeper healing
Whole Again Foundations brings together relational psychotherapy, yoga therapy, trauma-informed education, and the Comprehensive Resource Model ™ to support healing in a more connected way.
Rather than working with the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system separately, this program helps you understand how these parts of you relate to one another, and how they can begin to work together with more steadiness and care.
You’ll begin to explore:
- how your thoughts, emotions, body, energy system, and relationships are connected
- how protective patterns and trauma responses may be shaping your life
- how to build internal resources that support internal safety, stability, and self-trust
- how embodied practice can support deeper therapeutic work
- how to prepare for individual therapy, group work, or intensive healing experiences with more grounding
Who Is This Program For?
This program may be a fit if you are:
- feeling fragmented despite managing work, relationships, or responsibilities
- struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, numbness, fatigue, or irritability
- carrying trauma, attachment wounds, grief, or painful life experiences
- noticing the same patterns repeating in your relationships or inner world
- ready to take a more grounded, embodied step forward in your healing

Whole Again Foundations is for people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and begin building the internal steadiness needed for meaningful healing.
Structure & Philosophy
Whole Again Foundations is built on the understanding that healing is not only cognitive. It is emotional, relational, embodied, and deeply connected to how your nervous system has learned to protect you.
This program brings together trauma-informed education, embodied practice, relational insight, and internal resourcing to help you create a stronger foundation for deeper healing.

This program unfolds through continuity, practice, and return. Each session builds on the last, creating space for reflection, embodiment, and the kind of healing that can actually take root.
