Last month I shared a short recording and reflection on what it means to sit with yourself exactly as you are — no fixing, no strategy, just presence. That piece was meant as an invitation into a kind of rest many of us don’t make space for. I wanted to follow up because that invitation doesn’t have to end with a single meditation — there’s a way to make it a regular practice.
Starting October 26th, I’m launching Monday Therapeutic Meditation Group, a small online circle meeting Monday evenings from 7:00–8:00pm. We’ll move through guided breathing, awareness, and relaxation together, with space afterward to reflect if you’d like. I want this to be a steady, grounded way to begin the week. This group is built to be accessible: the first session is free, and it’s just $20 after that. If you missed August’s recording (or if you want another taste of this kind of attentive rest), you’re welcome to listen to it here before you join: cpyc.ca/blog/introduction-meditation-be-exactly-as-you-are.
I hope to see you there.
