Spirituality & Existential Questions

There are times in life when deeper questions begin to surface – sometimes gradually, sometimes all at once. Questions about meaning, purpose, identity, and what it means to live well and to be whole. These questions may arise in the midst of change, loss, growth, or simply as a gentle sense that something important is calling for your attention.

I work with individuals who are exploring their spiritual lives in an open and grounded way. This may include navigating shifts in faith or belief, reconnecting with a spiritual tradition, or making sense of experiences that feel difficult to explain or integrate. You don’t need to arrive with clear language or any sense of certainty – part of our work is finding shapes and words for things you have felt but not yet named or understood.

Our work is not about prescribing answers or moving toward any particular belief system. Instead, we create space to explore these questions with honesty and care, while staying connected to your lived experience. Over time, this can support a deeper sense of coherence, direction, and connection – to yourself, to others, and to something larger than yourself, however you come to understand that.
