End of Life & Caregiver Support
In our work together, we open space to speak honestly about what this is like for you. Not only the love and commitment, but also the strain, the anticipatory grief, and the moments that are harder to name – frustration, guilt, numbness, or the quiet wish for relief. You don’t need to hold these experiences alone or try to filter them to make them more ‘acceptable’.
We can also attend to the broader emotional and relational landscape surrounding this time – navigating family dynamics, making difficult decisions, and engaging the spiritual or existential questions that often arise in the face of mortality. The aim is not to fix what cannot be fixed, but to help you remain grounded, supported, and connected to what matters most throughout a challenging season.
