Life Transitions & Identity Shifts
At certain points in life, the structures that once felt steady begin to change – a role shifts, a relationship evolves, a career no longer fits, or something internal begins to move without a clear direction. Even when these changes are expected (or chosen), they can bring a sense of disorientation.
I work with people who find themselves in these in-between spaces. Often, there is a sense that something is ending or loosening, while something else has not yet fully taken shape. This can feel uncertain, and at times unsettling, especially when there is pressure to quickly figure things out or to move forward with clarity.
Our work together creates space to slow this process down. Rather than rushing toward answers, we pay attention to what is emerging – both internally and externally – and we gradually begin to make sense of it in a patient and grounded way. Over time, this can support a more integrated sense of direction, one that feels aligned with who you are becoming, not just who you have been.
