Psychedelic Therapy

Psychedelic therapy is not about chasing extraordinary states—it’s about opening to what is already within you. When approached with care, psychedelics can act as powerful catalysts, bringing forward emotions, memories, and perspectives that are often hidden beneath everyday awareness.

These experiences can feel expansive, illuminating, or deeply challenging. What makes the difference is not just the medicine itself, but the support surrounding it: how you prepare beforehand, and how you integrate what arises afterward.

At its heart, psychedelic therapy is about relationship—your relationship with yourself, with your inner wisdom, and with the insights that emerge during these altered states. With guidance, intention, and steady therapeutic support, these experiences can become turning points that help you reconnect with your wholeness, release old patterns, and step into new ways of being.

Preparation Sessions

Before beginning psychedelic-assisted therapy, preparation is an essential part of the process. These sessions are a chance to pause, ground, and orient yourself to the journey ahead.

Together, we’ll clarify your intentions, explore your hopes and concerns, and develop practices that support you in navigating the experience with openness. We’ll discuss what you might expect, create grounding routines, and establish a framework for making sense of the insights that may arise. Preparation is less about “getting it right” and more about cultivating readiness, safety, and intention—ensuring you feel held at every step.

Integration Sessions

The real work of psychedelic therapy often begins afterward. Integration means taking the insights, emotions, and shifts from your experience and weaving them into daily life in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

After a psychedelic journey, you may notice expanded perspectives, new clarity, or even overwhelming feelings. Integration sessions offer a safe and steady place to process what has surfaced. Together, we’ll explore meaning, meet challenges with compassion, and discover practical ways to carry your insights forward.

This might include journaling, mindfulness, grounding practices, or other tools that help anchor your experience in your body and your relationships. My role is to walk alongside you—not as an expert who holds all the answers, but as a trusted guide who helps you bring your wisdom home.

Integration is not about rushing or forcing change. It’s about allowing what you’ve touched to settle into your life with clarity, gentleness, and support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you provide psychedelic substances? I do not provide or facilitate access to psychedelic medicines. My role is to support people who are engaging with psychedelics in legal or medical contexts, or who are reflecting on past experiences. I am not with the client while they are administering psychedelic medicines.
  • What’s the difference between preparation and integration? Preparation sessions help you clarify your intentions, understand what to expect, and develop practices that support you during your journey. Integration sessions happen afterward and focus on making sense of your experience, processing emotions, and weaving insights into your daily life.
  • Is psychedelic therapy right for me? Psychedelic therapy isn’t for everyone. It can open powerful emotional and spiritual material, which may feel overwhelming without support. If you’re feeling called to explore this work, we can talk together about whether it’s a good fit for your healing path.
  • Why work with a therapist for this? While psychedelics can create openings, they don’t do the healing for you. Therapy offers steady guidance, grounding, and relational support so the experience becomes meaningful and sustainable rather than fleeting or destabilizing.
