We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy, along with immersive group intensives like Whole Again—a six-week therapy accelerator designed to shift long-standing patterns and bring clarity about your work in a shorter period of time. Our groups—such as the Men’s Group, Group Yoga Classes, Collective Healing Groups and Groups for Teens —offer a place to grow in community. And we’re here for all of it—with honesty, skill, and care.
